How to Post an Employment Ad on the ASC website:

  • Go to ascweb.org
  • Select the Login link on the TOP menu
  • Enter your user name and password
  • Press the login button
  • From the  menu, select Jobs & Salary
  • Click Post a job
  • Enter the required information for the job posting
  1. Please note, that if you want other people from your organization to be able to edit this announcement, you must select the box allowing this to happen.
  2. If the position is filled and you no longer want the ad to appear on the website, log into the website, select Edit Employment Announcement and change the Expiration date to a day prior to the current date, and the ad will no longer be listed.
  3. If you have the ad already in a word processor, you can copy and paste the ad into the text box if you double click in the box, then select Paste from the Edit menu of your web browser. Mostly some formatting touch up will be required, but at least the information will not need to be retyped.
  4. When you are finished with the ad, press the Submit button at the bottom of the page. It takes up to 5 minutes to submit to everyone.
